Helen Keller

The person I choose to do my report on was the most enkindle person I think I have perpetually heard about. She was the first blind and desensitise person to forever graduate college. She wrote many books and gave magnificent speeches. She was involved in politics and had some very popular friends. I am certain(a) by now you know who I am public lecture about, Helen Keller.
Helen Keller was born on a plantation in Tuscumbia, Alabama, on June 27, 1880. Her parents were Captain Arthur H. Keller (who was an officer in the Confederate Army) and Kate Adams Keller (who was the cousin of Robert E. Lee). Helen was not always deaf and blind. When she was nineteen months old she became ill with what was thinking to be scarlet fever or meningitis, which left her deaf and blind. Before this she had figured out sixty home signals to pass around with her family. After her illness she became a very unruly babe and began throwing temper tantrums. Nobody knew what to do with her.
For several years Helen was trimmed off from the world, she couldnt hear or see what was going on around her. She didnt know what was going on around her or what she should be doing.

So when Helen was 6 she and her stick traveled around seeking help with her education. First they finish up in Baltimore with Dr. J. Julian Chisolm who was and eye, ear, nose, and throat specialist. In the end Helen and her father ended up in South Boston at the Perkins Institute for the Blind, this is where they impact Anne Sullivan. Anne was a woman who was visually impaired and used to be a student at the Institute. Anne would grow to be Helens consort for the next 49 years, she was known as The Miracle Worker.
